Eric Hadley is a proud native of North Carolina. In January 2007, he embarked on a dedicated career path by joining the United States Army, where he served in various roles and completed two tours in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Enduring Freedom (OEF). During his tenure, Eric gained invaluable experience in supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Armed Forces. His expertise spans across Operations, Program/Project Management (Senior level), Logistics Management, and Program Acquisition Analytics.
Eric’s exceptional contributions have been consistently acknowledged through a series of prestigious awards and honors, including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Services Ribbon, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, North Atlantic Treaty Organization Medal, and the Certificate of Achievement award.
Eric pursued higher education at Ashworth University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS). He furthered his academic endeavors at the University of Phoenix, achieving a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a post-graduate professional certificate in Project Management.

Elizabeth K. Hadley, a proud native of Stafford, Virginia, is deeply committed to helping others and making a positive impact in her community. Whether in the classroom, within her local area, or through her involvement with Legacy Real Estate and Property Management, LLC (LREPM), Elizabeth embodies the company’s core values of service, compassion, and community engagement. She believes strongly in giving back to those in need and strives to make a difference wherever possible.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and two dogs. She values creating lasting memories filled with laughter and joy. In her free time, she also dedicates herself to gymnastics, aspiring to become an award-winning gymnast in the future. Elizabeth’s curiosity and empathy extend to global issues—she often discusses with her parents’ ways to help address challenges such as homelessness and access to care.
In 2024, Elizabeth proudly competed in her first National American Miss (NAM) Pageant, where her dedication and enthusiasm earned her numerous awards. She was named Virginia State Queen 1st Runner-Up in her age division and received recognition for Best Personality, Most Photogenic, and Best Resume. Additionally, she earned a Golden Ticket to Disney in Orlando, Florida, qualifying her to compete at the national level.
